Chimi

Chimichurri is a classic South American sauce with as many origin stories as it has uses. Our recipe originates from watching our parents make it over the years. (Hi, Mom and Dad.)

Tapas

Is our dough pre-cut for empanadas? Yes. Can you do other things with it? For sure. From sweet to savory, and breakfast treats to dinner parties, this dough can handle it.

Pebre

Pebre is spicy table sauce. You'll find a variation of it in most Chilean homes. Traditionally used on meat and bread, we've found our version is great on everything from eggs to oysters (yes, really).

Empanadas

Ours are filled with fresh veggies and oven baked. For now, you can find them at Taza and Formaggio South End as a take-away item, and soon, in frozen heat-and-eat packs. Coming in Fall 2017, try our meat empanadas as we expand our retail options with our very own storefront at Bow Market in Somerville's Union Square.

Dulce de Leche

Dulce de Leche is good from morning to midnight snack—stir it into coffee or put it on your fave dessert. Also acceptable: eating it off a spoon.
